Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions and billing arrangements between you and Galorkelon in connection with your use of our platform and services available at galorkelon.world. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Payment Terms
By accessing or using any paid features of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with any purchase or subscription.
These Payment Terms form part of our broader Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on the platform are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers prior to the next billing cycle.
Prices shown may or may not include applicable taxes. Where taxes apply, they will be clearly indicated at the point of checkout before payment is finalised.
3. Billing and Payment Methods
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a range of payment methods, which may include credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options as made available on the platform at the time of purchase. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Galorkelon does not store your full payment card details on its servers. By providing payment information, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
3.3 Billing Cycles
For subscription-based plans, billing occurs on a recurring basis — either monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at the time of registration. Your billing cycle begins on the date your subscription is activated and renews automatically on the same calendar date in each subsequent period.
3.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails for any reason, we will attempt to notify you via the email address associated with your account. Access to paid features may be suspended until outstanding amounts are settled. We may attempt to retry failed payments within a reasonable period before suspending or cancelling your subscription.
4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Galorkelon to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring further approval for each renewal, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription settings and ensure your payment details remain current and valid. Galorkelon is not liable for service interruptions resulting from outdated or invalid payment information.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Where a free trial or promotional period is offered, no payment will be charged during that period. At the end of the trial or promotional period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and billing will commence unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
Free trials are offered at our sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Only one free trial is permitted per user account unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 General Refund Conditions
Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. As a general policy, all sales are considered final once access to digital content or services has been granted. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods or for unused features within an active subscription.
6.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@galorkelon.world with your account details and reason for the request. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question.
6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider but typically take between 5 and 10 business days.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period for which payment has already been made.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise stated in these Payment Terms or agreed upon in writing.
8. Taxes and Duties
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, and duties associated with your purchase, unless Galorkelon is required by law to collect and remit such taxes on your behalf. Where value-added tax (VAT) or equivalent applies, this will be reflected in your invoice or receipt.
Galorkelon reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect changes in applicable tax legislation or regulation without this constituting a material change to these Payment Terms.
9. Invoices and Receipts
Following each successful payment, an electronic invoice or receipt will be issued to the email address registered to your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is accurate and active. Galorkelon is not responsible for non-delivery of invoices resulting from incorrect contact details provided by you.

10. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorised, please contact us at support@galorkelon.world before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and in good faith.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Galorkelon may result in the suspension or termination of your account. Galorkelon reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is not justified based on the facts of the transaction.
11. Changes to Payment Terms
Galorkelon reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Payment Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Payment Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last updated.
